A mixed bag of experiences
The location was simply unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions and eateries. Our room offered a cozy retreat after a day full of adventure.
We faced significant cleanliness issues, including unvacuumed floors and remnants from previous guests. It was frustrating to have to request cleaning during our stay.

Location was perfect for exploring, and the hotel offered a cozy, warm atmosphere. The indoor pool was a delight, and the spa had some nice amenities.
The cleanliness was questionable—definitely don’t expect to find hidden treasures like a chicken bone on the floor.

The views from our room were simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. We enjoyed hiking in the nearby trails and even went snow skiing, which was a fantastic family adventure. The swimming pool was refreshing, and the staff went above and beyond to keep everything clean.
My kids wished the breakfast options were better organized. it took too long to refill items.

Clean rooms and a great breakfast with both hot and cold options made for an enjoyable experience. Location is perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. It’s worth mentioning that there was a power outage during my visit, which affected the elevator, but staff handled the situation excellently. However, the check-in process took longer than expected, and the noise level from outside was disruptive at times.

The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable for my family. The room was clean, but there were some crumbs on the floor and a bit of mess in the carpet. The bathroom was nice and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, which made for a decent night's sleep. Overall, it was a good room, but a bit more attention to detail would be great.
